“Our trolley was replaced by a bus due to mechanical issues so that was our first disappointment. We thought the driver would provide commentary during the day. He did not. The wine tasting fees were much higher than expected. Lunch was not at a winery as advertised but was pizza, salad and gelato. I’m diabetic and asked for a sugar free option but was told not available. We didn’t get to choose the type of pizza we wanted and it was not very good either.
