“show was great, thoroughly enjoyed it, problem was we were sent to a pick up point which didn't exist, rep had to call me to let me know where we had to meet, this was after waiting 30 minutes at a stop which was not on the coach drivers list. So my partner and I ended up running to the new pick up point in blazing heat and dressed up for the evening. The rep could not believe we were sent to the wrong point until I showed her the tickets , then she apologised. I have heard nothing from the company which organised this cock up.”
