“What a great experience. The location was beautiful with breathtaking views of the city and valley. The castle was full of interesting implements and tools. The pasta making class was first rate and authenic. We really had to work for that pasta using traditional techniques. Our host's passion for his cuisine and culture was delightful. All of the food was high quality and delicious. Alessansro was very friendly and really welcomed us to his home. Our group of three would highly recommend.”
