“meeting point was changed the day before. i had an e mail to inform me of this change but had no e mail access with me so i went to the meeting point i had been given when i booked the tour. i got a taxi and waited half an hour, i asked some of the castle staff if i was in the right place but no one knew. tried to phone you but could not get an answer. i had a short walk round and then made my way down. very disappointed. for the money it cost ,why could i not been informed by text or phone call.”
